Common questions

What engagement models do you offer?

Short-term for a specific gap, long-term for sustained capacity, or project-based against a defined deliverable. Most clients start with a shorter engagement and extend once the fit is proven, which we think is the sensible way round.

Who owns the work our augmented engineers produce?

You do, in full. Work is committed directly into your repositories and IP is assigned to you. This is set out in the contract before anyone starts.

How quickly can engineers start?

It depends on the specialism and notice period, but typically within two to four weeks. We would rather tell you an honest date than promise an immediate start and supply someone who is not the right fit.

What if the engineer is not right for us?

Tell us early and we will replace them. You meet people before committing precisely to reduce this risk, but if the fit is wrong in practice it is our problem to fix, not yours to endure.
