  3. Schematic and review

    Full schematic capture with a formal design review against the agreed requirements before layout starts, so problems are caught while they are still cheap.

Can you work from our specification, or do we need a finished one?

Either. If you have a written specification we work to it. If you have a product idea and constraints, we will help turn that into a specification first — that discovery work is usually the cheapest part of the project and prevents the most expensive mistakes.

Do you handle manufacturing as well as design?

We design for manufacture and support you through it — liaising with your fabricator and assembler, resolving queries and managing engineering changes during ramp-up. We are not a contract manufacturer, so you keep a direct relationship with your supplier.

How do you handle component availability?

It is part of selection, not an afterthought. Parts are chosen with lifecycle status and stock checked, second sources identified where the design allows, and footprints kept compatible between alternatives where practical.

Can you help with certification?

We design with EMC and safety requirements in mind from the start and support you through pre-compliance and formal testing, including fixing issues that testing uncovers. Certification itself is carried out by an accredited test house.
