A perimeter alarm on its own tells an operator that something happened. It does not tell them what. That gap is usually filled by a second system, a second screen and an operator manually finding the right camera at the right timestamp.

Sanchalan closes it. Perimeter devices and CCTV run in one platform, cameras are associated with perimeter zones, and when an event fires the footage around it is captured and kept as a separate clip — already linked to the event that caused it.

What it does

Full video management

Continuous recording from multiple CCTV cameras, with live viewing and playback in the same interface as perimeter events.

Events linked to footage

Cameras are associated with perimeter zones. When an event fires, the clip covering it is stored separately from the continuous recording.

Configurable event window

Event clips capture a configurable period before and after the trigger, so the operator sees the approach as well as the breach.

Configurable retention

Retention is set independently for continuous recording and event clips, so evidence can be kept long after routine footage is recycled.

Three map modes

Live maps using your own Google Maps API key, a static site image as the background, or fully offline custom maps for sites with no external connectivity.

One platform across devices

Prachir and Abhedya events surface in the same interface, so adding a sensing technology does not mean adding another control-room system.

  • Sites requiring recorded evidence

Common questions

Do I need my own Google Maps key?

For live map backgrounds, yes — the key is supplied by you so the usage sits on your account and you control the billing. If you would rather not use Google Maps, Sanchalan also supports a static site image as the map background, or fully offline custom maps on request.

Can it run on a site with no internet connection?

Yes. Offline custom maps exist precisely for sites without external connectivity. Recording, event handling and camera management do not depend on an internet connection.

How long is footage kept?

Retention is configurable, and set separately for continuous recording and for event clips. That means routine footage can recycle on a short cycle while clips tied to actual events are retained far longer as evidence.

Does Sanchalan work with cameras we already have?

Tell us what you are running and we will confirm compatibility before you commit to anything. Where an existing estate is supported, reusing it is usually the cheaper path.
